Copy multiple files from OneDrive to ARC

Copying multiple large files from OneDrive to ARC can be time-consuming -- particularly if you cannot store them in your local machine and/or need to copy multiple specific files within a folder. As security settings might prevent drag-and-drop solutions, use this 'drag-and-copy' approach to generate a command line from dragged files.

Step 0: Configure your OneDrive using rclone

Before transfering files between OneDrive and ARC servers, you need to add your OneDrive to rclone. In case you haven't done that before, please follow the instructions provided by ARC Documentation.

Step 1: Enter the name you have created for your OneDrive in rclone

Onedrive name in ARC:

Step 2: Enter the source and destination folders.

Open the OneDrive folder with the files you'd like to upload in File Explorer (Windows). Copy the folders' path and enter it below (leave it blank if files are located in the root folder):

Source folder:

Now enter the name of the desination folder.

Destination folder:

Step 3: Choose the files you'd like to upload

You can either drag them from your OneDrive folder into the drop area below (works on modern broswers), or use the 'Choose files' button (all browsers):

Drag one or more files to this Drop Zone (modern browsers). Alternatively, use the 'Choose Files' button below.

Step 4: Enter the command line generated below into your terminal.

Copy and paste the command line below to upload the files.
